This landmark cultural project required a sophisticated AV system to support exhibitions, events, and public engagement across both the new multi-storey extension and the refurbished heritage gallery.

Working with Newcastle City Council, our team designed, supplied, and installed a fully integrated commercial AV system that enhances visitor experience while ensuring seamless operation for staff.

Advanced AV Technology Integration

Complete Scope of Works

AVE Technologies managed the project from concept through to completion, delivering a fully integrated AV solution across the gallery.

A centralised Crestron touch panel control system allows staff to manage all audio and video functions from a single interface. This ensures intuitive operation, streamlined workflows, and consistent performance across multiple gallery spaces.

From public announcements to multimedia presentations, the system enables effortless control and flexibility.

Sustainability and Safety Commitment

Sustainability and safety were key priorities throughout the project.

Energy-efficient laser projection and amplification systems were utilised to reduce power consumption
Packaging materials and electronic waste were responsibly recycled
Elevated work platforms, including scissor lifts, ensured safe installation practices
A custom scaffold access solution was engineered by AVE Technologies to safely install the external LED video wall
