Project Overview

AVE Technologies designed, supplied, and installed dedicated clubhouse cinema systems across multiple Ingenia Lifestyle communities in NSW.

Each cinema delivers a high-quality, accessible audiovisual experience that is easy for staff and residents to operate. The solution pairs commercial-grade display and audio with an intuitive control interface, clear documentation, and staff training to ensure confidence from day one.

Scope Of Works

Concept design, equipment selection, and detailed engineering
Supply and installation of a Sony laser projector and a 130-inch acoustically transparent fixed frame screen
7.1 surround audio using Crestron speakers with a powered subwoofer and Denon processing
Crestron touch panel control with HDMI connectivity and a networked media player
Wireless hearing augmentation for improved accessibility
Custom brackets and mounting for the projector and screen
Structured cabling, termination, programming, and commissioning
Digital documentation, as built schematics, staff training, and user handover

Delivery And Technical Excellence

AVE provided end-to-end delivery, including design, procurement, installation, programming, commissioning, and training. Systems were factory-configured and validated before site work to streamline installation and minimise on-site risks. The touch panel interface was tailored to minimise steps for power and source selection, while presets simplified daily use and reduced support calls

Low-power laser projection and efficient amplification reduce ongoing energy consumption. Packaging and e-waste were responsibly managed. Custom mounting hardware and cable management enhanced safety, improved service access, and ensured long-term maintainability.

Smart Interface And Future-Ready Design

An intuitive Crestron interface provides simple power control and source selection. The acoustically transparent screen preserves accurate audio localisation from the front channels and centre speaker. A future-ready cabling layout with spare pathways and labelled terminations enables easy additions, such as streaming sources, accessibility aids, or presentation inputs. Wireless hearing augmentation ensures inclusive access for residents and guests.
