Project Overview
- Full rewiring of the restaurant’s electrical infrastructure

All works were engineered to meet the client’s operational, aesthetic, compliance, and timeline requirements.
Project Challenges
Prior to occupation, the building had sustained significant fire damage, resulting in:
- Damaged electrical systems
- Aged, non-compliant wiring
- Unknown and undocumented cabling pathways from previous tenants
AVE conducted extensive investigative work to determine what could be safely reused and what required replacement. This ensured:
- Project costs were minimised where possible, and
- All works complied fully with current electrical and hospitality safety standards
This early diligence enabled a smoother construction process, reducing delays once demolition commenced.
Delivery & Management
The project was delivered within a firm 6–8 week program aligned with Papalote’s public opening. Achieving this required:

- Responsive collaboration with builders, designers, and venue owners
- Adaptive problem-solving during demolition and discovery stages
